Herman Cain is using Rush Limbaugh's Radio Show to promote his 999 plan which will air in all 50 States. This is a brilliant move and will probably spread to other venues. I'm thinking other talk shows will also run his ad's and these 'ads' will also go viral on the internet. Rush Limbaugh says "So you will be hearing Herman Cain commercials on the program. He's a 50-state buy, by virtue of this program. And when you hear that, it doesn't imply an endorsement."
